The Urbana IL ASR Chapter is putting a project together that will raise money for Lifeline-Connect. They are in the process of building new dorms that will expand the number of men they can house in their recovery center. Anyone interested in riding the whole ride can contact Vincent Sims directly (see below) or if interested in taking a shorter ride to participate/contribute, we will be planning to meet up at one of the various stopping points.

Who: Lifeline-connect of Urbana, IL (a drug and alcohol recovery center for men)
What: A motorcycle ride fundraiser to expand a 6-man dormitory to a 24-man facility
When: May 27th-June 1st 2018
Where: Azusa Street Mission, Los Angeles, CA to The White House, Washington, D.C.
Goal: $100,000
Lifeline-connect is in the process of raising $625,000 to build a 24-man dormitory. We are a Christian faith based solution to life controlling drug and alcohol addictions. Our 11-year track record claims a recovery success rate of 73%.
We would love to have 100 riders get $1,000 in sponsors and join us in riding coast to coast. We realize not everyone can ride the entire west coast to east coast route. You are welcome to join us anywhere along the route and ride a portion of the route. Any amount donated will be accepted to join. Please let us know if you are interested in participating.
